Privacy notice

We collect the contact details, dog information, care instructions and emergency contact details you submit through our booking and inquiry forms to review requests, arrange safe dog care and communicate with you. Booking requests also save your electronic signature, the agreement you accepted and the time of your submission.

The business owner accesses this information in a private dashboard. Website hosting and storage providers process submitted data to operate the site. Contact form details are also sent to Web3Forms to deliver an email notification to the business inbox. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. We keep it as needed to manage the service, records and legal obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Please avoid sending more sensitive information than is needed to arrange care. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email southsimcoek9@hotmail.com or use the contact form. We will respond using the contact details you provide.
